Messaging and consent disclosure
Last updated 23 September 2026. FreightBlast is operated by Doft Inc.
1. Why you received a message
A FreightBlast customer contacted you in a business capacity about a commercial offer relevant to trucking operations. The message identifies that customer, not FreightBlast.
2. How to stop
E-mail: use the unsubscribe link in any message. SMS: reply STOP. Either one takes effect immediately and applies across the whole programme — every campaign, every sender identity, every advertiser — not only the message you replied to.
If suppression cannot be read for any reason, sending stops. We fail closed.
3. What creates permission, and what does not
Permission is given, recorded and evidenced. Opening a message, clicking a link, replying, or entering a Conversion Room does not create permission to keep messaging you, and never converts into an SMS opt-in.
4. SMS specifics
US text messaging requires prior express consent and registered sender identity. FreightBlast treats legal approval, provider approval, carrier registration, runtime controls and pilot bounds as dated, evidence-backed gates. An approval that is expired, under review or missing evidence blocks sending.
Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies by programme and is capped per recipient across all advertisers.
5. Identity stability
We do not rotate domains, numbers, IPs or mailboxes to escape filtering. When a rail is throttled or flagged we pause and remediate the cause.
6. Contact
Questions about a specific message: messaging@freightblast.ai. Include the sender and approximate time and we will trace it.
