Acquisition infrastructure for trucking

Outbound that ends in a verified outcome, not a click.

FreightBlast finds the right carrier, broker or shipper, opens a real conversation in its own Conversion Room, and only counts the goal when the outcome is actually verified. Nothing is scored on a click.

Why this one: newly authorised and adding trucks — the narrow window where an insurance, factoring or ELD offer actually changes a decision.

Illustrative record. Every company on a real list carries the same fields, including the signal that selected it and how confident we are.

Two sides of the same freight market

The engine is one. What changes is which direction you are selling in.

You sell to fleets

Reach carriers in the window where your offer matters

Insurance, factoring, ELD, maintenance, fuel programs, dispatch services. FreightBlast tells you which carriers are in that window — and why each one was selected.

  • Newly authorised
  • Adding trucks or drivers
  • Changing operating profile or lanes

You are the fleet

Sell your capacity without waiting on a load board

Go directly to brokers, 3PLs, freight forwarders and direct shippers. The same engine works outward from your lanes and your equipment instead of inward from a posted load.

  • Your lanes, your equipment, your radius
  • Conversations you own, not bids you chase
  • Handoff to a human at any point

What actually happens when you launch

Five steps, in order. Each one is a state you can see, not a black box.

  1. Pick the goal and the offer. Not "send a campaign" — the outcome you want and what you are putting in front of the prospect.
  2. See the audience before it sends. Real companies, real contacts, with the signal that put each one on the list and how confident we are about it.
  3. The conversation opens in a Conversion Room. The prospect does not sign up for anything. They see who you are, what you offer, and one useful next action.
  4. A human takes over whenever it matters. Handoff is a state in the conversation, not a separate inbox.
  5. The goal counts when it is verified. A reply is not a conversion. The outcome is checked before it is reported or billed.

What counts as a goal — and what never does

Most outbound tools report the metric that is easiest to produce. This is the line we hold instead, and it is the same line your invoice is drawn on.

Counts

  • The outcome the campaign named, checked against the record
  • Verification done before the result is reported to you
  • Verification done before anything is billed

Never counts

  • An open
  • A click
  • A reply, on its own
  • A conversation that never reached the goal

Consent

Consent is the first feature, not the last

FreightBlast sends regulated commercial messages. Every rail starts from the mechanics of collecting and honouring permission: e-mail identity and provider policy are checked before a send, opt-out is immediate and shared across the whole programme, and the SMS channel begins with consent collection rather than with connecting a provider.

We say this on the marketing page on purpose. A product that hides its compliance stance attracts exactly the customers its policy engine will later refuse.

Built on Doft's freight data, not a bought list

Authority, equipment, lanes, operating history and contact confidence come from Doft Intelligence — the same graph behind the Doft load board. That is why a selection record can say why a company was chosen, and why the confidence number means something.
